Schedule: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and support residents’ overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and communicate changes to the RN or supervisor

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident education

• Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license (or compact license)

• Previous experience in long-term care or memory care preferred

• Ability to work every other weekend
